Avionics of MN

Robert Lennon founded avionics of Minnesota in 1987. Robert also established Modern
Avionics at Flying Cloud airport, and Columbia Avionics in Missouri. He has been in the
avionics business for over 30 years.

Avionics of Minnesota began operations in the Elliott Beechcraft building on Flying
Cloud airport (FCM). The business consisted of avionics sales, service and installations.
With Modern Avionics already located on Flying Cloud Airport Robert decided to expand
his horizons in MN and relocated Avionics of Minnesota to the Brainerd Airport.
New office and shop space was built on to an existing 60' by 60' hanger.

Customers were glad to have an experienced avionics shop located in northern
Minnesota. The Brainerd airport provides easy access to first class resorts, restaurants,
fishing, snowmobiling, and is ranked in the top 50 golf destinations in the world by Golf
Digest.

Since 1989, Avionics of Minnesota has expanded to two 60' by 60' hangers, which can
accommodate aircraft size up to a King Air 200. Avionics of Minnesota services also
expanded to include instrument repair and overhaul, and panel rebuilding.

Avionics of Minnesota has been serving the upper Midwest for almost 20 years.
